Many kids today don’t know where their food comes from or how it’s made.

Giulia Conforti

Giulia blends creativity with a passion for fermentation, inspiring kids and adults to explore the world of gut microbes through playful design and hands-on learning.

Since 2024, she has led sustainability workshops at Umweltlernen Frankfurt. She holds a Master’s in Design for Sustainable Innovation from IAAC (Spain).

Giulia speaks Spanish, Catalan, Italian, English, and German.
